- J2EE development Experience with JSF, JSP, EJB, Spring and Hibernate
- Client side scripting using Java script, AJAX, JQuery

- Good knowledge and experience using IDEs like RSA, Eclipse/MyEclipse
- Excellent communication
Preferred skills:
- Skilled in the use of Quality Centre
- Good understanding of effort estimation based on parameters of complexity for automation scripts
- Insurance domain knowledge
