Responsibilities:  • Lead the Software Development Teams on producing highly optimized, highly scalable and high performing code. • Produce High level and low level design documentation. • Work with development teams in code reviews. • Accurate status reporting to Project manger Position Requirements • Experience in working as a project lead or in managing small to medium team including all aspects of process development and execution. • Demonstrate ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and technologies. • Good knowledge of industry standard and software development methodologies. • Strong written and oral communication skills. Technical Skills: • 6+ years experience in developing database driven web application. • Must have expertise in .NET 3.5 with C#, Web Services, Windows Service, Web Application, LINQ, XML / XSLT and MS SQL 2005/2008 • Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, N-tiered application architectures, both GUI side and Server side. • Strong Experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Silverlight, AJAX, popular Js libraries and Microsoft office tools • Strong Experience in SQL store procedures and working with heavy data volume • Experience in Content Management System would be an added advantage • Experience with good security practices in application development • Experience with performance enhancement guidelines
