We have an opening with one of our client.They are Conducting technical Interviews for Dot Net Senior Developers.

Position :.Net Senior Developer
Experience : 3 years to 5 years

The incumbent is accountable to perform the following activities:
Work along with the Technical Project Leader to execute the project on time, with quality and within budget
Follow the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process pertaining to the department
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions defined
Use templates available for each phase of the SDLC
Understand business requirements and interpret the technical specifications
Perform design based upon technical specifications
Create high and low level design documents
Write code using the best practices pertaining to the programming language
Create Unit and Integration Test Strategy with team members
Write and execute unit test cases
Work with the team to integration various system components to perform integration testing
Create release instructions and package the release for QA release / deployment
Support and work with the Quality Assurance team in performing System Test
Investigate issues and provide solutions for issues that are reported from the Production system
The incumbent is accountable for the performance and development of the team and to support an environment that encourages employee/self development, which includes:
Work with the supervisor to set goals for oneself and take appropriate action to achieve the goals
Keep oneself abreast with the technology and product enhancements pertaining to the work / project needs
Technical Skills
For all skills listed below, the desired level should be 3 on a scale on 0 - 4 (4 being high)
C#, ASP.Net and Dot Net Concepts etc
SQL – Creating queries using various types of joins and grouping functions etc
SQL Server – Procedure, Functions, Triggers etc
Oracle PL/SQL - Procedure, Functions, Triggers etc
