The ideal candidate should possess:
· Extensive experience in Core Java/J2EE with mandatory experience in either Swings (or) Springs (or) Hibernate
· Extensive experience in Design patters, high level Design [HLD] and low level Design [LLD] (would be preferred)
· Ccustomer-facing experience (would be a plus)
