BDE- Commerce Graduate
AM, ASM & RSM- Commerce Graduate with MBA.
Job Location : Andhra Pradesh.
Experience Levels:
BDE(Business Development Executive)- 2 to 3 yrs
AM(Assistant Manager)- 3 to 5 yrs
ASM(Area Sales Manager)- 5 to 7 yrs
RSM(Regional Sales Manager)- 8 to 10 yrs
Criteria / Eligibility:
All the sales candidates should be from building material industry only
Should have a stable track record
Should be dealing in value added /premium/top of the line products company
Personality and communication /presentation skills very imp
Leadership and Go getter attitude
Respective Candidates should be from the same territory, having work experience in the same territory, No geographic relocation allowed.
Target Companies (Plywood Co like Greenply and Century, Venner Co like Greenply , Century, Merino, Anchor, ACP Co like AluBond, Ceramic Co like RAK, Nitco, Duravit, Kohler , Grohe, Roca etc Paint Co like Asian Paints, ICI, Glass & Windows Co like Fenesta, Saint Gobain, Light Co like Philips, Havells, Wipro, Modular Furniture Co like Godrej Interio, Wipro, BP Ergo).
Should have a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler
Should be willing to travel
Should be tech savvy
Should have a valid passport
Should be meticulous planner, manager and executor
Should have experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, consultants, project teams.
Should have good commercial and business acumen
All the CV's should be supported with latest photograph of the candidate
Strong ref checks should be done prior to interview, the reports of the same should be sent alongwith CV for interview

Salary Range-
1 BDE: 15K - 25K
2 AM: 20K - 30K
3 ASM: 30K - 40K
4 RSM: 40K - 60K
