Experience : 9 Yrs - 13 Yrs Experience : 6 Yrs - 9 Yrs Experience : 2 Yrs - 6 Yrs ▪ Build an AGILE based solution delivery model ▪Focus on technology R&D in the Mobility Space ▪ Hands on experience in iPhone / Android/Blackkberry development ▪Focus on technology R&D in the Mobility Space ▪ Strong experience in technical architecture planning, designing, development, integration and enhancement of applications on mobile platform like iOS/ Android/ Blackberry/Symbian, etc ▪  Good experience in one or more tools and frame works like:  Xcode, iOS, Coca Touch,  iOS design, Android SDK, RIM SDK, HTML 5.0, Symbain, Sencha ▪ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (verticals / Work as a part of multi-functional, multi-cultural and multi-location delivery teams / as a critical link between the delivery and customer facing organization / horizontals) and external partners (customers / vendors) ▪ Hands on experience in one of the Mobile Platforms like iOS/ Android/ Blackberry/Symbian, etc ▪ Strong presentation and communication skills ▪ Work as a part of multi-functional, multi-cultural and multi-location delivery teams ▪ Good experience in one or more tools and frameworks like Xcode/Cocoa/ Cocoa Touch/ iOS Design/ Android SDK/ RIM SDK and strong java programming skill. ▪ Up to date with latest Mobile Apps and tools/frame works ▪ Experience in setting up AGILE methodologies would be preferred ▪ Good understanding of Mobile Device Management Products available in the market ▪ Strong leadership, people management, consulting and communication skills ▪ Exposure in Agile or fast phased development environments ▪  Familiarity with project management practices, processes, methodologies and tools ▪ Telecom domain knowledge & technologies in the mobility space is an added advantage ▪ Telecom domain knowledge & technologies in the mobility space is an added advantage
