Technical:

-Minimum 5 years, preferably at least 8 years experience in software development.

-Must have expertise in .NET 3.5 with C#, Web Services, Windows Service, Desktop Application, LINQ, XML / XSLT

-Expertise in data modelling and working experience of any one of the RDBMS- MS SQL Server or Oracle

-Exposure to Web 2.0 technologies, Ajax, Js libraries

-Extensive hands-on design and implementation experience in Application development, Middleware, Database management and Operations

-Expert in the topics of high availability, performance, and systems integration experience and proven track record of practicing in the projects.

-Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems.

-Ability to estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives.

-Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.

-Strong understanding of application development methodologies Good knowledge of Software Architecture & Design Patterns.

Responsibilities:

-Define guidelines and define How to build for producing highly optimized, highly scalable and high performing code

-Develop the development framework and tools. Lead the team technically.

-Lead the design team to create sound architecture designs and implement best practices.

-Make sure that the guidelines are followed properly by training and mentoring the development team.

-Research on latest technologies and Innovative ideas

-Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements

Others:

-Good written and oral communication skills

-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
