Job Description

1. Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the Software manual testing Field in a respected Software Development.
2. Good knowledge of Software testing life cycle

UX Specialist (Eser Experience Specialist):

Xerago is seeking a User Experience Specialist to prototype navigation, content structuring and workflow for various Xerago Marketing initiatives around web and mobile properties.
As a Lead User Experience Specialist, you will be part of research or design teams that conduct ethnographic research, create wireframe and graphic interface designs, build interactive prototypes, moderate focus groups, run usability tests, and conduct eye-tracking research. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the user experience, savvy with new technology, creative in proposing solutions, and gifted in working on diverse teams. We expect you to have Strong affinity for the digital lifestyle and zealous drive to make interactive technology better for real people.

As the User Experience Specialist your key roles and responsibilities will include
Conducting ethnographic research
Running usability tests and focus groups
Work closely and collaboratively with marketing, design and technical teams in the creation of appropriate and effective UX
Perform Discovery and UX planning and testing, reviews and results analysis to ensure that voice of the customer insights are captured and leveraged
Capture website requirements including brand message, marketing, customer experience, sales, operational, development and usability requirements
Build Site Maps, Wireframes, Prototypes and documentation that clearly articulates site/application structure and organization
Ensure ease of navigation and simplicity of design
Educate internal teams by presenting content and site structure
Review and provide feedback throughout the design and development lifecycle
Identify and evaluate statistical indicators and perform gap and impact analyses to continuously improve and evolve the end-user experience
Create and maintain system-wide usability and editorial guidelines, design frameworks, GUI prototypes, tagging matrices, taxonomies and metadata frameworks
