Candidate Checklist
* Cognizant Associates referring a candidate for the recruitment drive should :
* upload the profile in https://careers.cognizant.com and share the unique 10 digit RM ID to the candidate.
* Inform the candidate to indicate the Associate ID & RM ID at the top of resume, for tracking the referral.
* Candidates will have to go through TWO rounds of screening before the technical discussion. ONLY Shortlisted candidates from the screening will proceed for further rounds of evaluation.
* 2 copies of resume, 2 passport size photograph, a valid photo identity card and a copy of the pay slips of the last 2 months to be produced.
* Kindly don’t accompany the referral through the process

* Candidates who have been interviewed over the last 6 months are not eligible to apply
* Consistent first-class academic scores is mandatory
* Candidates with degrees through correspondence/ part time courses are not eligible to apply
