The Program is called WASE. It offers B.Sc, BCA students the opportunity to immediately take up an MS course in Computer Science (From BITS PILANI, India's Premier Education Institute) after graduation. Students gain invaluable industry exposure and develop their technical skills by working with Wipro Technologies. Education Expenses will be met by Wipro and excellent Salary will also be paid by Wipro

Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Physics, , Statistics and Mathematics)/ BCA
Academic Percentage: Equal to OR above 60% in 10th, 12th and in graduation ( till results known)
Additional requirement: should have studied Mathematics in 12th.

Final year students, passing out in 2010 need only apply

WASE entrance this year is planned to be an online exam, the exact venues are yet to be decided. But may have centres across India including Kochi, Calicut, Kottayam etc.

Students need to register online to be eligible for the exam. Wipro will email the hall tickets to all eligible students who register. Online registrations for the entrance test for the WASE program are now open.

Last date will be December 07^th 2009

As you may be aware Wipro Technologies will be conducting Recruitment Drive for 2010 Batch B Sc / BCA students from December 13 - 20th . This will be an all India test and calicut is also selected as one of the test location. apart from kottayam , Kochi and Trissur.

The test will be for the "WASE programme" of Wipro and selected students will get opportunity to work for Wipro and can do MS course From BITS PILANI (India's Premier Education Institute ),Education Expenses will be met by Wipro and excellent Salary will also be paid by Wipro.

There will be a Free Pre Recruitment orientation programme by Wipro technologies. The programme will be handled by Mr. Narendra - Head, Campus Recruitment - Kerala and Tamilnadu region. He will give a Preplacement talk on the opportunities and benefits of working with Wipro , details of WASE Programe, Selection test details, Tips to get selected , Question pattern etc. The details of the programme is as below:

Time: 2.00 PM - 3.30 PM

Participation: Open to all BCA / B.Sc ((Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Physics, , Statistics and Mathematics) students , passing out in 2010.Should have marks Equal to OR above 60% in 10th, 12th and in graduation ( till results known)
