7. Exposure to all Stages of Software Development Life Cycle
8. Experience in design of web-applications and usage of J2EE technology frameworks
9. Strong design and coding skills in Java / J2EE / Struts and related areas with experience in diverse domains comprising Banking and Financial Services.
10. Effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving skills with a flexible / detail oriented approach
11. Experienced in Designing systems using UML diagrams viz. Class, Sequence and Activity Diagrams etc. and Java / J2EE Design Patterns
