Description/Profile	Develop software based on design requirements and ensure software and subroutines are working to specification. 1. Participation in software product definition, including Business case or Gap analysis , product specification, Requirements analysis 2. Development and refinement of throw away simulations or prototypes to conform requirements 3. Feasibility and cost benefit analysis, including the choice of application architecture and framework, leading to the budget and schedule for the project 4. Software design and architecture 5.Implementation (e.g. installation, configuration, programming/ customization, integration, data migration) 6. Authoring of documentation needed by users and implementation personnel. 7. Create test plans, testing, including defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers 8. Participation in software release and post-release activities,including support (e.g. developing demos and/or samples) and competitive analysis for subsequent product build/release cycles 9. Maintenance 10. Undertake analysis of current software products and determining approaches which will improve their user interface, performance and integrity

Other Info	Minimum 2 years experience in software development or computer programming Degree in Engineering/Masters Degree in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English Well versed in Java, J2EE standards Exposure to Struts and Spring frameworks Practical knowledge in Hibernate Design and develop RDBMS database structures, data modeling and data analysis Object oriented programming skills Should have sound knowledge and practical experience in using at least four of the following web tools and technologies: Ajax, Java Script, Tomcat/JBOSS, Exposure to Eclipse and UML tools, Web 2.0, XML, PHP.
