Siebel Consultant: Design, develop and implement applications with focus on Siebel implementation and support of Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Workflow, EIM, EAI, and eScript. Analyze and determine business process requirements, structures, and processes and refine technical implementations. Conduct analysis of client operations, including business and systems requirements, limitations and solutions, application development, quality testing and implementation. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engg, Com Sci, or Info Sys & 1 yr of exp.

SAP HR Consultant: Implement Human Capital Management (HCM) technology and financial solutions in SAP HR Module. Provide planning, fit gap analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large scale SAP HCM application solutions. Support phases in SAP that include Full Project Life-Cycle in the Business Process Workflows, blueprint designing, realization, final preparation, Pre-Go Live and Go Live. Define strategy, requirements and business processes requirements. Analyze business process and suggest SAP solutions. Develop strategy for conversion, interface, reports, migrations, patches and fixes. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of application implementation within time and cost constraints.

Requirements: Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resources or Information Science or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Information Science and five years of progressive experience.

QA Manager: Develop and design business and functional requirements, design specifications and conduct business requirements gathering. Develop test strategies, test procedures, and test cases to ensure optimal compliance with system and user requirements. Evaluate and test software programs using Mercury Tools, WinRunner, Test Director and software development procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Info Sys, Com Sci or Engg.

Software Engineer: Design, develop, implement, test and support complex software applications for cross platforms, databases and servers utilizing DB2, COBOL, CICS, JCL and VSAM files. Involved in all phases of software development life cycle, including researching software and hardware configurations, implementing secure and heterogeneous database environment, testing to verify the functionality of systems. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Engg, Com Sci or Info Sys.

Senior Software Engineer: Design, develop and implement applications with focus on Siebel CRM implementation including analyzing and determining business process requirements, structures, processes and refining technical implementations. Conduct analysis of client operations, including business and systems requirements, limitations and solutions, application development, quality testing and implementation.
