Willingness to work in shifts.(Night Shifts can be there) Stream/Specialization :- Windows and Linux Server Administration & Development. Other Skills: Certifications like MCP, MCSE, RHCE, RHCT are added plus points. Knowledge of Hosting control panels, Mail server (Q mail, Exim Postfix), Webservers (Apache, IIS), PHP, Java, Perl, Security Systems (Firewall, IPsec) is highly recommended.
