Job Description :
1.Write design documents based on functional specifications from the product management team and technical guidance and prototype solutions from the development team.
2. Liaise with Quality Assurance personnel who are developing test cases for the new system functionality.
3. To write a variety of technical articles, reports/user guides, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
4. To prepare operating and maintenance manuals, catalogs, parts lists, assembly instructions, sales promotion materials and project proposals..
5. Researching and verifying information that is to be included in the manual, brochure, e-book or other written material.
