Job Title     Business Analyst

Description/Profile     Act as a single point of contact between the client, sales and development teams through the entire project lifecycle. Responsible for analyzing / capturing business process and tabulating it to a module design. Coordinate the entire end-to-end process from scoping of the project to delivery to client. Responsible for the complete scoping of the project with inputs from client and the development team Prepare client requirements specifications Interact with Project Manager for feasibility, timelines of the project delivery Prepare delivery plan and communicate to clients and sales team Ensure adherence to schedule through regular updates from development program Prepare the user manual, FAQs and any other documentation related to the project Responsible for a range of detailed projects Periodically review status reports of projects Prepare and maintain management presentations Domain knowledge in current technologies and application development concepts are essential. Basic knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, processes and concepts. Strong computer skills are required relative to spreadsheets, database systems and/or automated project management systems. Excellent People Management Skills and Conflict Management Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts

Other Info     Location: Technopark -Trivandrum. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor degree in any science stream. Preferred BE, B.Tech and MBA Candidates. Minimum 3.5 yrs experience in business analysis, business development in IT organizations. MBA Should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
