Description/Profile Job Role : Responsibilities of a Project Manager include, but are not limited to: Manage Projects Plan, execute, monitor & control projects to successful closure Ensure that the projects adhere to the defined processes for project management Be aware of the objectives, benefits & success factors of the project and work towards achieving the same Manage risks across subprojects(if any) Manage risks in the project Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates in PMO. Identify best practices and suggest improvements in the defined project management processes Functional Competencies Project Management experience PM scheduling tools Estimation techniques Behavioural Competencies: Team Player Ability to lead the team Proactive in nature and adaptive to changing situations Good communication skills Qualifications: BTech/MBA with Minimum of 6 yrs experience with 2 yrs in Project Management.
