1. Business Analyst
Qualifications
Graduate/BE/BTech/MCA/MBA from a reputed institution and experience in Banking
Experience
5-8 Years
Job Description
Must have worked as a Business Analyst with a leading software company in the BFSI domain
Sound domain knowledge and experience in the BFSI Industry (Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Billing and Pricing systems)
Must have experience in preparing solution proposals and functional requirements in consultation with clients and partners
Must have experience in preparing functional test cases
Must have project experience in functional testing of banking applications
Implementation Experience in Banking Systems is desirable
Exposure to Pricing and Billing requirements in Financial Institutions is desirable.
Must have excellent documentation and communication skills
Should be pro-active and have a strong desire to learn

2. Senior Test Engineer/Associate Technical Lead-QA and Testing
Qualifications
Graduate/BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed institution and experience in Banking Domain
Experience
3-5 Years
Job Description
Must have at least two years of experience testing Banking Applications
Must have at least two years of continuous manual testing experience/product testing/regression testing experience
Strong PL/SQL skills desirable
Should be capable of mapping Business Requirements to Test Scenarios and develop Test Cases
Should be well versed with Test Case Execution, Test Data Generation and Test Reporting
Should be pro-active and have a strong desire to learn

3. Application Support Analyst
Qualifications
Graduate/BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed institution and experience in Banking Domain
Experience
3-5 Years
Job Description
Must have at least two plus years of experience supporting banking software applications
Must have excellent communication skills – this position involves constant client interaction
Must have experience managing system incidents providing timely escalation/recovery actions and management communication.
Must have sound analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform a first level support function with the ability to effectively liaise with business users
Strong PL/SQL skills is mandatory for this position
Familiarity with both Windows and UNIX environments is required
Should be pro-active and have a strong desire to learn
