• Extensive experience in Java, Web Services development using Axis / PLSQL on SQL Server
• Hands on experience and knowledge in XML, MVC Framework (Struts or Spring) and ORM (Hibernate)
• Secondary skills can be Tomcat, Eclipse IDE, JSF, exposure to Agile methodologies, XSLT, JUnit, Web development (i.e.: JavaScript, GWT, Ajax)
• Good communication skill
