Should be strong on Java skills.
Strong on Core Java, XML is mandatory along with any one database.
Meet short-term and long-term goals.
Should be able to acquire Domain knowledge in quick turn around time.

Good understanding in Core Java.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
