Job description:Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone.
Coordinate with the client and the team.
Monitor the servers.
Obtain client feedback.
Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls.
Forward reboot request to NOC on demand.
Attend all incoming calls to the company.
Library Management.

Salary details:Rs.6500/- per month + Food and Accommodation + Medical insurance worth Rs. 1,00,000/- per year for self and 2 dependents
