•Demonstrates expert knowledge of VB.Net / C#+ (for Desktop and Web)
•Demonstrate expert knowledge .Net Frames (all versions)
•Demonstrate excellent knowledge in WWF, WPF and WCF
•Demonstrate excellent knowledge in SQL queries
•Creates XML schemas.
•Understands the benefits of the various programming languages.
•Understand the benefits of XSL Technology.
•Web related technologies: JAVASCRIPT, CSS, HTTP, RESTFUL, XML Web service, Soap protocol.
•Excellent knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Relational Databases

•Understands complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs.
•Effectively employs many different database design techniques.
•Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system.

Architecture

•Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.
•Creates well designed, reusable objects.
•Understands browser specific compatibility issues.
•Understands the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments.
•Understand and build the multi tier architecture web application

Education
•Bachelor's degree / diploma in a technical or computer engineering, or equivalent.
