An aggregate of 60% in graduation
Sound knowledge in JAVA and J2EE Technologies
Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts
Strong knowledge in Database preferably SQL Server
Should be capable of handling projects Independently on all phases of software life cycle
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Should be capable of migrating to any new technology according to requirements
