• Should have IT experience of 2 to 7 years
• Should have expertise in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Struts, XML, JDBC, UML, JSF, Hibernate (JSF/Hibernate/J2EE work experience is a MUST)
• Should have good skills in Tools like Rational Application Developer
• Able to analyze the existing programs
• Code the programs (batch and online) based on HLD provided
• Peer review of work products
• Unit test the work products and participate in the deployment activities
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and working on full life cycle development project in the past
• Good Communication skills; should be able to interact directly with client.

Desired Experience : 2 to 7 Years (Mandatory)
Job Description :
• Should have an experience of 2-7 years
• Able to analyze the existing programs
• Code the program programs (batch and online) /JCL based on HLD provided
• Peer review of work products.
• Unit test the work products and participate in the deployment activities
Desired Profile :
• Core application development experience on MAINFRAME platform, especially, COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM and JCL.
• Exposure to PM4Data, Telon, Intertest, DTCN and REXX is desired.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and working on full life cycle development project in the past..
• Good Communication skills. Should be able to interact directly with client.
• Knowledge in Retail domain is desired.
