Job Description:	Sound Knowledge in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets. Good knowledge in Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, AJAX. Strong  logical, analytical  skills Good Communication skills are very important as we are on client calls extensively. Knowledge in MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL Sounds knowledge of DB concepts,OOPS concepts Knowledge of XML and Web Services would be an advantage Experience in designing and Web Applications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:	Maximum of 1.5-2 years exp/BE, B-tech, MSc, MCA. Skill sets in JAVA/J2EE/SPRING
