The web designer shall be responsible in designing web sites and ensure that they are vissually effective and easy to access. In addtion, the successful candidate shall work on our leading new plus or premium website products. And will work with the dedicated Web Account Manager and deliver high quality online designs.
The designer will have the ability to understand client briefs and identify innovative solutions that fulfill those in a professional and timely manner.
The candidate must be an experienced and confident and shall be tasked to provide guidance to the clients regarding the design of websites.
The successful candidate will need be an expert in his/her craft and must be capable of transferring knowledge and skills to other Web Designers.
Provide quality design and ideas that exceed customer expectations and which will deliver high traffic for their business
Responsibilities:
* Delivery of high quality websites for our customers. (design and development )
* Create innovative design ideas and concepts to satisfy customer requirements.
* Ensure all visual design work is delivered within budget, on time and to the quality assurance standards.
* Enhance and develop websites on a day-to-day basis, creating graphics and page layouts for new and existing services.
* Generally offering multimedia expertise to assist the Web Team and to offer creative solution.
* Provide creative solutions, graphic design and artwork, optimized for the Internet to provide support client online initiatives.
* Work to a production schedule and within guidelines.
* Provide competent multimedia work as required and consistent valid HTML code, integrating navigation, images and multimedia.
* Portray a professional and responsive service to our key customers
* Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Arts or equivalent
* At least 3-5 years of web design or lead designer experience
* With the ability to convert the graphic and web designs into table-less fully functional website templates
* W3C compliant templates that are fully cross-browser compatible
* Strong and advance knowledge with Photoshop, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT, Javascript, Ajax and other front-end web technologies
* Familiarity with publishing tools, social media and Web 2.0
* Experience in developing user interface is a plus
* Good English communication skills (written and verbal
* Ability to think conceptually and generate ideas
* Ability to rationalize and communicate design decisions and principles in a client-facing environment
* Knowledge of SEO best practices is desirable * Flash is highly desirable
Salary: - 2.2Lacs to 2.8lcs
