Job Descriptions:


Degree in any discipline.
Excellent in-depth knowledge of MS Office Package specifically, MS Excel (including pivot tables, lookup functions and macros).
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.
Should be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Major Responsibilities:

Prepare reports of findings and illustrating data graphically.
Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives.
Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods.

Job Description: Designation: Chief Operating Officer

Experience: 15 - 20 years

Location: Development Centre in Technopark, Trivandrum

Technical Skills: The Incumbent beside his sound business and management expertise should also have a solid hands-on knowledge in Software Engineering, Methodology, Processes, Domain and technology, mainly on JAVA & J2EE.

Purpose: To manage the overall progress of PIT Solutions newly formed Indo- Austrian Joint venture company.

Descriptions:

Implement strategic goals and objectives of the organization
Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives
Provide strategic support to the shareholders on Business Plan Review/ implementation, etc.
Prepare medium-term plan, annual budgets and activity plan consistent with the agreed strategies.
Review, establish and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives.
Major Responsibilities:

Board Administration and Support -- Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff.
Business & Delivery – Build a profitable organization through more business and other viable expansions/diversifications of business, deliver all the projects on time within budget & quality.
Financial, Risk and Facilities Management -- Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.
Resource Management -- Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.
Others -- Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
