Design and develop software applications using C# .net, Winforms
Qualification
BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a college/university of repute and having an excellent academic track record
Experience and skill set

3 - 14 years experience on S/W design and development using C#, .NET, Windows Presentation Foundation framework
 Design experience using OOAD/UML
 Experience with Agile methodology using SCRUM
 Preference to experience with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server
 Generic knowledge on network, Web services and IT tools will be an added advantage
Knowledge / Competencies

Advanced level knowledge of software development life cycle.
Advanced level knowledge of Software engineering process.
Quality consciousness and knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, CMMI.
Good command over English in written and spoken communication
Capabilities
Takes strong initiative
Good at communicating within the team as well as with all the stake holders
Strong customer focus
Highly proactive
Good at decision making
