Job Description:	Experience: 1-3 years Location: Techno park, Trivandrum Minimum Qualification:  B.Sc. (IT) ,  BCA , BE , BTech, PGDCA or any equivalent degree Technical Skills: ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server, XML/XSLT, etc Develop applications, build enhancements and fix issues in applications. Prepare and conduct code reviews. Provide work estimates for given tasks, assignments. Code-documentation / implementation documentation creation. Bug fixing for application / application maintenance Preferred Skills: Prior Experience in working with Windows Workflow or SharePoint or any Business Process Automation Good understanding of Microsoft Workflow, Web Services and XML Strong skills in design, development, debugging, and problem solving. Microsoft Certification Good written and oral communication skills
