Job Description

He/she will be responsible for developing interactive web based, mobile, and/or desktop applications, using Sapient as well as industry best practices and standards, to deliver high value and quality to Sapient clients. Also responsible for actively engaging in larger domain/ activities on an ongoing basis such as team management and development, knowledge sharing as it pertains to innovation on the flash platform, and project planning and estimation for incoming projects.

Will create detailed technical designs and code documentation; will actively run code reviews throughout the lifecycle of the project to make sure they are followed; will create flexible, reusable flash content based on design patterns; and produce, re-purpose creative assets using toolsets like Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.

Skills required: Expertise in Flash-Flex 4.0 & Action Scripting; estimation planning, team and client management
Full time Bachelor/Master's degree is essential
