Web Programmer Analyst I/II position at Trivandrum

Description: Role Responsibility

You will be responsible for the programming of ICOPhone IVR/Web Systems and all associated elements.

Additional Responsibilities:

Working in liaison with the Interactive Technologies Manager, you will program ICOPhone IVRS/Web projects as designed in a timely manner in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate project specifications, while keeping the Interactive Technologies Project Manager and Programming Group Manager informed of project status in relation to quality and timelines.

You must have the ability to thoroughly review Technical Design Specifications, Functional Design Specifications, and User Requirements and to thoroughly component test code to minimize the number of programming errors found in Validation. You will write study installation procedures and prepare & perform code review of IVR/Web systems.

Along with assisting other programmers with tasks as needed, including install procedures, code reviews, component testing, and programming; you must have the ability to complete projects and other tasks efficiently and within the allocated timelines with little or no supervision.

Experience and Qualification

You must possess a Bachelors degree, or local equivalent, in Computer Science or a related discipline with prior proven application development experience with VB.Net, C#, C, Delphi/Pascal, and/or JAVA. You should also have prior proven web development experience with ASP, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS and/or Java Script as well as SQL programming experience.

Fluent in both written and spoken English, you will have good communication skills and the ability to liaise successfully with other team members and successfully balance multiple projects and timelines.

You will have excellent problem solving and debugging skills along with the ability to understand and program a design low to moderate complexity.
