Job Description
- VB Scripting for several security/access control tasks and the ability to review code from others - Take ownership of several existing visual basic and other scripts - Ability to create administrative and utility scripts using VB/windows shell and other scripting languages - Proficiency in understanding business/IT issues and use the right scripting technology - Experience with Windows Active directory and Windows scripting technologies such as WMI, WSH, ADSI, VBS and PowerShell. - Create and maintain AD automation scripts - Understanding of Internet and web applications. Knowledge of HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP networking - Perform patch management of safeboot servers - Knowledge of McAfee Safeboot administration/patch management preferred - Knowledge of SQL preferred - Knowledge of Unix/Linux, VMWare preferred. - Knowledge of unix shell scripting preferred - Information security experience preferred - Scripting experience with PERL/Python/Javascript or .Net/ASP would be a plus - Willingness to learn new technologies/skills, ability to work with a global team - Excellent interpersonal relationships, communication skills - May be required to work in shifts - Willingness to learn/perform other security/server/networking tasks as assigned
