·         Technical Expertise: 

1. PHP, MYSQL, jQuery or Mootools, Javascript, Oracle
2. Should be well-versed with complete SDCL
3. HTML/CSS knowledge.
4. Good English communication skills
5. If you have a website where you've hosted code samples; that is best.
