Job Description:	Roles & Responsibilities Experience : 4 - 7 yrs Experience in  ColdFusion, PHP, JavaScript,  jQuery and MS-SQL Server Front end graphical user interface design Software testing and quality assurance New Development, Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, Support, maintain and document software functionality Integrate software with existing systems
Preferred Skills:	Having worked on both Development and Maintenance projects Experience in programming in Java Ability to work independently to meet project requirements with minimal supervision. Knowledge of ISO or CMM process implementation will be an added advantage. Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
