Front End Engineer at SapnaSolutions in Pune, India

SapnaSolutions is seeking a top-notch Front-End Ninja to join its growing, tight-knit team. The successful candidate will be passionate about turning designs into pixel perfect XHTML/CSS markup, relying on JavaScript libraries like jQuery to enhance the user experience. We are looking for someone who:

• Can translate designs into interactive interfaces with hand-coded, semantic, cross-browser compliant XHTML and CSS, maintaining designer's aesthetic vision
• Adheres to Web standards, best practices and usability guidelines
• Can write unobtrusive JavaScript by hand that utilizes libraries like jQuery
• Is a team player. The successful candidate has excellent written and communication skills, incredible focus and attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast progressing environment
• Is self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Is Smart, Fun and Gets things Done
• Has 2+ years of development experience

We'll have more fun if you have:

• Prior experience with complex, consumer facing websites
• Experience with source/version control software would be a plus
• Working knowledge of HAML/SASS/Ruby on Rails would be a definite plus
