Job Description:	Understanding client needs and creating mock-ups and interface options as per the requirements. Assist in maintenance and updating of current websites and develop standards complaint(X) HTML and PHP websites or web pages with cross-platform and cross browser compatibility. Develop in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format and delivers work output on time and in high quality. Analyze and interprets functional requirements and specifications for new websites through close interaction with other departments and web team. Understanding client needs and creating mock-ups and interface options as per the requirements. Ensuring timely delivery of the elements and work closely with Flash programmers to understand the art and science and make the product intuitive and interactive. Create user-friendly designs (including art work). Create high-end gaming interfaces (both educational & conventional). Able to work independently as a self starter on a long term projects with effective project management feedback as well as quick turnaround of short term projects(enhancements and fixes) Communicate information effectively in both technical and business environment Maintain a positive, practice and professional demeanor toward customers, colleagues and management.
Preferred Skills:	Minimum 2-3 years of visual design experience; background in graphic design or publishing combined with courses in computer science and hands on computer experience. Understanding of Visual Design, Visual Composition, weight age of colors, Typography etc. ; LOGO Design & Icon Design Must have an understanding of software functionality as well as graphic design skills to create successful web pages. Successful completion of professional web design ( previous work examples a must) Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; Word Press; Moodle course Management system; FTP software Experience in HTML, XHTML and CSS web languages and methods for standard and mobile websites. Familiarity with Java Script, jQuerry, PHP, XML, My SQL Familiarity with and ability to implement social media and viral marketing concepts. Familiarity with search engines optimization technique. Willingness to learn and work with new technologies. Experience in Mac and PC environment. Ability to work within and define standard business process and procedures as well as to follow management directions with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copyediting and proofreading Ability to be organized with a detail and accuracy orientation. Ability to work on and handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated team player; harmonious, supportive and collaborative Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills Experienced in User Experience (UX) design a plus. Exposure to the Visual Design for Tablets (iPad, Android etc.) & Smartphone is a plus Experience in the field of Application/Software Design is a plus Excellent English communication skills.
