Job Description:	Flip Media, one of the Middle East’s largest interactive agencies, is looking for a HTML Developer to join the Trivandrum team in India. Based in Trivandrum Technopark office and reporting to the Team Leads/ Group Heads you will work with our strategic and consulting teams across the Flip network to deliver world-class online solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in JavaScript Programming and building dynamic user interface .You will work closely with Graphic designers and PHP Programmers to make sure the creative brief is transformed and comes to life. Responsibilities ·The developer is required to have ample knowledge about strong HTML, CSS table-less design and Javascript and even should be well versed on how to design intuitive site functionality, and a user-friendly interfaces ·Transformation of .psd files and wire frames to user-friendly user interfaces according to client specified measurements and specifications. Need to do cross browser compatibility test on all jobs. ·Good collaboration and communication required with project managers, technical leads, designers, programmers and other team members. ·Need complete understanding of the goals and strategy behind every project. Required Skills ·You must be passionate about the web ·Min 2 years industry experience, ideally in an agency environment ·Proficiency in handling XHTML, CSS and JS ·Well versed in JavaScript programming, building dynamic user interfaces, translating wireframes, designs to standards compliant HTML and CSS ·Accurate and current knowledge of j Query, HTML5 / CSS3, Adobe Photoshop, Dream weaver, coding table-less markup, cross-browser      compatibility and major email clients ·Confident, well-organized and self-motivated ·Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, and team work skills ·Must possess an ability to work in a fast-paced environment ·Ability to work individually on a project and in a team environment ·Must have up to date knowledge of web development and online communication trends, and evaluate new technology and an understanding of Web usability and accessibility standards
Preferred Skills:	Qualification : Any Graduate, BE /BTech, MCA Experience : Minimum 1 to 3 years
