- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Citrix access gateway.
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, IIS6/7, Certificate Authority services on Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Network printers and print servers

- IT Support of all office, overseas and home based customers who use a broad variety of mainstream and bespoke applications on Windows XP operating system
- Provision of remote desktop support
- Administration for Windows 2000, XP, Exchange, RAS (Secure ID), Internet and Intranet.
- Support of Home Workers with experience of home routers/modems.
- PSTN, ISDN, ADSL, and deployment software e.g. SMS 2003 and Altiris Notification Server
