Job Description:

Process Associate (23rd / 25th / 26th / 28th Feb Interviews)

Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skills
Initiative and independence; Customer focus
Excellent written & spoken communication skills
BE, Btech, MBA & MCA,B.Sc IT, M.Sc IT, Computer Science graduates are not eligible
Technical Support (Voice based) (25th and 27th Feb Interviews)
Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database
Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand

Language Specialist German, French, Italian, Portugese, Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Arabic. (23rd / 25th / 26th / 28th Feb and 2nd March Interviews )
Transaction processing involving usage of foreign language
Responsible for ensuring business controls, turnaround time and accuracy of the process
Participating in projects, language circle and language training


Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2006 - 2011 pass outs with no backlogs.)
Experience: 0 - 3 of experience(BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry)
