1. Project Manager
Qualification: BE/B Tech/MCA/MSC (Computer Science/Electronics).
Experience: 12 or more years of post qualification with at least 4 years of experience in project management. Should have excellent knowledge in .NET framework and handled full commercial application development lifecycle in client / server and/or web technologies.
Responsibilities:
· The project manager will manage the full life cycle of the project that will include system study, preparation of detailed design specifications, scheduling & managing the development.
· Client interaction and relationship management.
· Responsible for successful project implementation.
· Knowledge of CMMi procedure.
· Effective utilization of resources.
· Responsible for recruitment, competency development of resources.
· Performance appraisal and objective setting for team members.
Skills:
· Should have sound technical knowledge in .NET & SQL Server.
· Exposure to handling multiple business domain projects simultaneously.
· Good leadership quality, assertive and result-oriented.
Other requirements
· A go-getter with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in handling HR related issues of team members.
· Should have managed a project team of 5-10 resources.
· Willing to travel for project requirements.
2. Software Engineers
Qualification: BE/B Tech/MCA/ M Sc (Computer Science/Electronics)
Experience: Between 3 and 5 years.
Skills : Excellent programming knowledge in C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server in client/server technology.
Other Skills: Good communication/leadership skills/inter personal skills/team player.
