Job Description:	2-3 years of experience in SDLC with minimum 2 years in Web Testing. Knowledge and Experience in testing applications on Web Technologies to perform both web and non-web based software testing as part of the team. Proven knowledge and experience in Manual and Automated Testing tools, Load Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing,Functional Testing, QTP, Silk Test etc. Knowledge of web technologies like J2EE, .NET, AJAX, PHP, SOAP Web Services etc. Experience and knowledge in ASP.Net, C# and Visual Studio programming environment. Experience in automation Scripting/Coding in VB Script, Java Script. Ability to evaluate/suggest tools for test automation. Experience working with bug tracking tools like Bugzilla, JIRA, BugTracker etc. Experience in developing a test automation framework. Experience in HP Quality center.
Preferred Skills:	A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline would be desirable, but is not mandatory. CSTE preferred. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (English oral and written) and good analytical abilities are a must. Performance skills: Fast learner, motivation to learn both the software and the business processes, analytical skills, commitment to task, communication/relational, listening and understanding, result and customer service oriented, ability to work to tight deadlines and to go above and beyond to deliver quality solutions.
