Need 4 remote Java/C++ Developers
Project: Vast migration of J2EE/Oracle-based APPS from Solaris to Linux. Must be able to interpret 100K C++ code on the fly and quickly translate from Solaris to Linux. Fun, mature, group. Migration project expected to last 5 years. Occassional travel to client site but 95% of work is from home.
Must have’s
Solid, current C++ in a Solaris/Linux environment
Solid, current Java/J2Ee skills
Thorough and current Oracle 10g or 11g Apps development experience
Good migration experience in Solaris to Linux or visa versa.
US CITIZEN, GREEN CARD OR EAD HOLDER – Please, no 3rd parties
WORK MUST BE DONE IN CONTINENTAL US
Have home-based technical environment capable of handling work
Ability to travel occasionally to Atlanta, DC, Charlotte or Raleigh (all expenses paid)
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to pass a public trust background check (government-related job. No felonies within last 7 years).
