Requirements:
Should have good understanding of Testing Life Cycle and be adept at Test Case Design and Testing Techniques. Experience in reviewing requirements and creating prioritized test plans based on business needs. Should have experience of automated testing using selenium/QTP for at least one full length project across functional / regression testing areas. Should be a mentor for junior testers in the team. Adept usage of defect tracking and management tools. Excellent at customer interaction and presentation. Have a passion for technology.
Minimum Experience: 4 years.
