1. Software Engineers / Sr Software Engineers ( 10 positions )
· At least 3 - 7 years of recent experience in hands-on software design and coding; MS/BS in Computer Science or related field
· Solid OOP and software design ability; should be able to create designs and write code that meets specified architectural objectives.
· Strong design and coding experience in Server development, Web UI development or both. Strong skills in one or more of the following: application frameworks, server side components, Web UI frameworks, AJAX, Web Services.
· Hard core Java development experience with broad skills in technologies such as JSDK/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, AJAX, JAAS, JMX, JMS, JDBC, and multi-threading, with skills to quickly learn and apply new technologies; Able to program and debug in complex multi-threaded environments.
· Strong kills in XML schem design, XML parsing and processing, XPATH and XSLT.
· Strong SQL and data model design skills. Experience in one or more databases such as Oracle, MS-SQL, Sybase IQ; Experience in open source databases such as PostgreSQL / Bizgress MPP and MySQL is a plus.
· Skilled in scripting languages such as Javascript, Perl, PHP, Ruby, and Linux/Unix Shell scripting.
· Strong platform skills in Linux/Unix. A Microsoft platform skill is a plus.
2. Flex Developers
- Minimum 3 + years of experience with enterprise level application development of Adobe Flex framework/ActionScript
- Must have basic SQL/DB skill from application development perspective
- Must have basic programming skills : Java/J2EE, JavaScript, AJAX.
- Must have solid OOP and software design ability
- Must have experience in Adobe Flex development framework e.g. Caingone
- Experience and skills in Adobe enterprise class software company and developing Flex custom component.
- Skills in XML schema design, XML parsing with processing and developing on-demand/Saas platforms is an advantage.
3. QA Leads
Lead / Sr. QA Lead [ Performance] – (2 positions)
· Understand business use cases, internal/external performance Benchmarks, debugging performance issues, decision making on issues, technical assistance in performance analysis, and tuning databases and applications stack
Work closely with the development teams to analyze the performance issues, diagnose, debug and resolve issues
Ensure execution of QA Test Plans (Performance Testing) and deliver highest quality software.
Design and develop performance test plans, test cases based upon requirements and Customer/Field use cases
Foster and develop good relationship with product teams.
Analyze, innovate, architect, design and develop software programs for testing frameworks, technology components and end user applications; Code and debug complex issues when required.
Mentor testers and developers and work with global QA teams to provide QA leadership.
Work with support to provide timely resolutions and bug fixes to maintain/improve performance of the application.
Design, develop and maintain internal and external Performance Benchmarks
