Job Description:
Position Description: Provide technical leadership to the team all through the project life cycle and provides subject matter expertise to the team. Performs the role of a team lead and is responsible for work flow process, feedback, training and coaching, MIS and process improvement in the team. Ensures the team provides high quality, real-time assistance to clients



Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline



Technical Qualifications: Certification in typing and MS-Office



Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in DTP, word processing, data entry or secretarial practice



Organization Structure: Report to the Client Manager



Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts

Preferred Skills:
• Assist Client Managers for the creation and execution of job plans, resource planning, and capacity utilization on every shift
• Coach DS’ and QCs in areas of job planning and production
• Assists the Lead Project Coordinators and Client Managers in overseeing projects from start to completion
• Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues as and when necessary
• Responsible for deadline adherence on the shift and ensures no delays
• Ensure 100% quality adherence of all projects worked on during the shift per correct templates, standards and client specifications
Lead a team of DS And QCs With the shift Leads
Timely Escalations to LPC and CM
• Evaluate client feedback and provide accurate analysis to the LPC and CM
• Assist the LPC in creating and executing a plan of action to make improvements for all negative feedback received
• Assists Client Manager for completing service recoveries as required by the client
• Administers training for new DS’ and responsible for the buddy program
• Accountable for all MIS including completion and accuracy of the shift handover report, productivity and activity utilization reports on the shift and the analysis report
• Ensures print security and physical access procedures are followed by the team
• Initiates process improvement and control measures in the team with the assistance of the LPC/CM
Follow through after training and buddying
• In depth knowledge of MS Office Suite – client specific template
• Excellent presentation and layout skills
• High technical credibility
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Description:
Position Description: Responsible for the development of training programs and quality initiatives. The Trainer provides information concerning individual and team performance as well as requirements related to new hire training and continued training for existing staff. In addition to developing curriculum and monitoring the in team training staff, the Trainer will conduct training as needed.



Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (training / education preferred) / Advanced training certifications in MS-Office



Technical Qualifications: Excellent MS Project, Word, Excel, and Access skills



Experience: 2-3 years of platform instruction / training experience



Organization Structure: Report to the Training Manager



Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts

Preferred Skills:
• Work with Operations to develop the overall team training strategy and quality plan

• Interact with clients to ensure training requirements are met.

• Obtain and impart training on the client specific templates, software, etc. during new implementations, team expansions, etc.

• Perform training needs assessments for staff at all levels. Coordinate with key personnel in Operations to assess training needs

• Develop training materials for new hire as well as new initiatives/opportunity training for existing staff. This includes but is not limited to instructional design, training manuals, handouts, and visual aids

• Ensure all new hire training is updated and meets RRD requirements

• Monitor production methods and practices for trends toward improved quality practices

• Monitor quality metrics at individual technician level and provide feedback to management and training teams

Responsible for introduction of new quality initiatives to RRD
• Excellent communication skills
