Title: Android Lead Responsibilities
● Lead the Android team efforts ● Client Interaction ● Requirements gathering, analysis and issue resolution/clarification (as part of the requirements analysis
team) ● Designing and Programming ● Mentor team members ● Effort estimations for modules, sub-systems or use cases.
Position Requirements
● Essential skills: Java,J2ME,Eclipse, xml, Android APIs,Android SDK, ● Minimum 2 years of work experience with hands-on programming. ● Maximum of 5 years of experience. ● Hands on experience in Java programming of at least 2 year.
● Worked on at least 2 Java projects. Experience in Mobile Application Development. ● Basic estimation experience ● Self starter and quick learner ● Should be able to work in a growing company environment that is very dynamic and challenging ● Good oral and written communication skills
● Highly self motivated and directed ● Ability to work without a lot of supervision ● Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment ● Desired skills: KSOAP,Android SDK 1.5
