• Hands on coding when mentoring/helping other team members • Architect and design software – high level and detail design • Interact with customers, requirements gathering and clarification • Take on all challenges of products and projects
• Responsibility for delivery deadlines • Estimation • Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory knowledge of following: • Java
• Android or Blackberry (at least one) and J2ME • Minimum 3 years experience in a leading role in mobile application development • Overall experience between 6-10 years • Very strong analytical skills, problem solving ability • Should have strong foundation in web technologies as well (understand HTTP, HTTPS etc) • Excellent communication skills
• Preferable: • UML knowledge to convey design and also to model requirements • Knowledge of iPhone development • Knowledge of other mobile platforms (Symbian, brew, windows mobile etc.)
