Responsible for interacting with the customers in understanding their business model, process, needs and to translate them into software requirements specification.
Act as an IT Representative and liaison with the client on the business needs
• Solicit and understand the business requirements and related business rules through interviews, discussions and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.
• Documenting the project scope and translating business requirements to software requirement specifications
• Interacting with the development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle to address the clarifications, which may arise and thus effectively transforming the requirements into an application
• Coordinating and handling the User Acceptance Test with the client and to ensure smooth transition to production
• Providing well articulated client presentations and demo

Quickly understands the business requirements, organization's direction, structure, business processes and requirements
• Analyses the required information and documents the requirements, functional specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution
• Identifies critical problem areas and thinks analytically/logically to arrive at an optimum solution
• Elicit requirements from various personalities across the organization and geographical boundaries
• Communicates effectively to varied audiences like top management, business/process owners, development and quality personnel
• Delivers informative and well-organized presentations
• Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally
• Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, effective, precise, professional and engaging
• Liaison effectively between all the internal/external stakeholders Technical Understanding
• Possesses sound knowledge of the SDLC process and use case modeling
• Understands how desktop/web-based systems operate and their key boundaries Client Management
• Values internal and external clients and responds to their needs as they arise
• Establishes effective working relationship with clients
• Follows established communication guidelines
• Uses good judgment in what and how to communicate with clients
Any Bachelors degree (Preferably in IT)
