We are currently looking for a:
BUSINESS MANAGER, Development Center
Responsibilities:
- Live by and communicate the company’s values: Trust, Execution, Service;
- Start-up the Development Center operations which will have 70+ seats at the start of our operations;
- Source, select, interview and recruit a strong HR & Training professional (with feedback from Lu Rui & Co’s management);
- Ensure the work environment is safe, professional behaviors are rewarded, strong talents keep joining our Development Center as it grows, are engaged and retained;
- Manage third parties: Technopark’s administration, chartered accountant, service providers and vendors, etc.;
- Manage the daily operations around people, processes, clients;
- Accountable for the following measures of success: employee satisfaction, service levels, running expenses;
- Report on a regular basis on key success measures and state of the business (people, process, client);

Requirements:
- Location: based in Trivandrum Technopark, India;
- Languages: fluent in Malayalam, English and Hindi;
- Experience: successful track record of min. 5 years in similar position;
- Sectors: previous experience in one of the followings: IT, Web, Mobile, Data Management, BPO centers;
SKILLS:
- Ability to establish trust-based relationships with team members and key stakeholders;
- Strong energy and drive, ability to energize others;
- Proven interest and ability to select, reward, coach talent and experience in letting go underperformers when necessary;
