• Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred.
• Fresher's with B.Tech, MCA, B.E, MBA and other similar technical/ professional qualifications WOULD NOT be a preferred profile.
• Fresher's or Candidates with 1-2 years of experience with decent communication skills would be preferred.
• Typing Speed of at least 30 - 45 WPM would be a preferred skill.
• Candidates who have worked in Mortgage process would be a preferred profile.
• Willingness to work in Night shifts

Job Description:

 

·         Should be a graduate with excellent communication skills and flair for providing World
     Class customer service.

·         candidates having an year experience (or fresher) working in technical trouble
     shooting process and who have excellent customer service skill/communication will an
     added advantage

·         Should be ready to work in India Nights shifts supporting US customers and should be
     willing to make outbound and taking inbound calls

·         Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, specifically; Word,
     Excel, Access, Outlook

·         Willing to learn and highly motivated
